Kathmandu. A community health camp organized in Nuwakot in collaboration with Arya Pharmalab and Chitwan Medical College with the objective of providing health services to the flood and disaster-affected people in the community has been successfully completed.

A total of 675 patients received health services in the health camps operated in different areas of Nuwakot from September 14 to September 21. In the camp, health check-up and medical consultation were provided by specialist doctors and ultrasound (GKN) examination was done on 120 people.

The camp provided necessary health counseling, testing and treatment services to the locals and the affected communities. Arrangements were also made to refer the patients in need of further treatment to the concerned health institutions.

Arya Pharmalab has stated that it will continue its social responsibility to support the health and rehabilitation of the affected people during the difficult times of disaster and will continue to provide necessary support and health services in the days ahead.

Earlier, Arya Pharmalab had donated more than 82 lakh medical supplies to the Government of Nepal for the disaster affected people.
