Kathmandu. Miteri Development Bank has declared a dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on September 26 has declared the dividend.
The bank has proposed to provide 5 percent bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank.
