Kathmandu. The lock-in period of 30,20,700 units of shares of Chirakhwa Hydropower Limited will end on November 30.
The lock-in period of the company’s shares is expiring after the completion of three years of allotting the shares to the public.
According to the company, 28 lakh units of promoter shares, 2,04,700 units of shares from the project-affected locals and 16,000 units reserved for the employees of the company.
Accordingly, the lock-in period of a total of 30,20,700 units of shares will expire.
However, the shares owned by the company’s directors and senior management employees will remain frozen as per the prevailing rules.
