The bank has declared dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
A meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on October 7 declared the dividend.
The bank has announced a cash dividend with 7 percent tax to its shareholders.
NMB Bank has declared a cash dividend of 8.25 per cent on its unissued unissued unissued share preference shares.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
