Budhigandaki floods: Alert on the banks of Trishuli, Narayani

Chitwan. With the floods in Budhigandaki, the local administration has requested the people of the area to take precaution by miking the banks of the Trishuli and Narayani rivers.

According to Rameshwor Poudel, chief of the District Police Office, people living in coastal areas, crematorium, business, fishing and swimming have been urged to remain alert.TAG_OPEN_div_7

Those cremating bodies at Devghat have been asked to go to higher places, not to do business in carts and rickshaws on the banks of the Narayani. There is a high risk of floods up to Muglin.
