Kathmandu. The risk of flooding has increased in the area from Benighat to Muglin after the Budhi Gandaki flood reached above the danger level.

Issuing a notice, the Flood Forecasting Division has urged the people living in Benighat area to move to higher altitude immediately as there is a high risk of flooding.

The Division has urged people to stay alert as areas adjoining the rivers in Chitwan and Nawalparasi are at moderate risk.
