Kathmandu. The name of Chudamani Kharel, proposed ambassador to Malaysia, has been rejected.
A meeting of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) held on Wednesday rejected his name.
During the hearing, questions were raised against Kharel on conflict of interest, financial irregularities, collusion with manpower entrepreneurs and his qualifications.
Committee Chairman Bodh Narayan Shrestha said that his name was rejected after the discussion of the committee.
