Kathmandu. The seventh annual general meeting of FonePay Payment Services Limited was held at Marriott Hotel, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The meeting presided over by Chairman of the Board of Directors of FonePay Sashin Joshi today decided to approve the annual financial statement and auditor report for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The cabinet also decided to appoint GP Rajbahak & Co Chartered Accountant as the auditor for the coming fiscal year 2083/84.
