Kathmandu. The two promoter shareholders of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited will sell 1,34,601 units of shares owned by them.
According to the company’s information to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), Bandana Kumari Khadka will sell 59,601 units and Arjun Prasad Gautam will sell 75,000 units of promoter shares.
Both the shareholders have applied to the company with the intention of selling the shares. They have said that they will sell the shares they own within the next three months.
