Half a dozen questions from lawmaker Angdembe to the government: How safe is the attraction and investment in the stock market, why is the private sector treated like criminals?

Kathmandu. Lawmaker Bhishma Angdambe has questioned the government’s attitude towards the private sector.

He said that the government has done the work of dictating, intimidating and imprisoning the private sector, which is the backbone of the economy. He said that work can be done only by creating an environment of trust in the private sector. He said that the government seems to be ignorant on these issues. In the meeting, he asked about half a dozen questions.

Indigenous entrepreneurs started securing capital that they were thinking of opening new industries?

Did the businessman increase his investment and reduce the business?

What are the attractions of the TAG_OPEN_em_19 stock market?

How safe is the common man’s investment?

Did the private sector consider the government as a partner or only a regulator?

Why is the government behaving like a criminal towards the private sector in the application of the general law? Questions like have been asked.

“The government must know that our governance, administration and country are running on the taxes paid by the private sector. Our services and facilities depend on it. It should be the duty of the state to organize and motivate this sector, but why is it always discouraged, if any? These seemingly simple questions show the real economic policy of the government and the destination,” he said.
