Kathmandu. The Genji movement has called for restraint and not to damage public property.

Issuing a press release today, it urged all not to damage public property.

“As a result of our agitation, the government has bowed its knees. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has resigned from his post and it has been approved by the President. This has opened the way for a new political solution. The Genji movement has now claimed that the country is now headed for a new leadership and called on those involved in the movement to exercise restraint. It has been clarified that public property is the common property of all and it should not be harmed. Stating that preparations were underway for a civilian government and a new political guideline, the agitation urged the people to move ahead with restraint and patience. Our minimum stance is to form a civilian government under the leadership of a universally acceptable person and go to a new election. ’
