Today is the last day to apply for the IPO of Apollo Hydropower

Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) of Apollo Hydropower Company.

The company is issuing the IPO to the general public from April 26. Applications can be submitted for the IPO only till office hours today.

The company was allowed to issue 14,10,000 units of shares worth Rs 14.10 crore, which is 30% of the issued capital of Rs 570 crore. Out of the total offered shares, 4,70,000 units have been set aside for the locals of the project affected areas and 94,000 units have been set aside for the Nepali migrant workers. Similarly, the company has set aside 37,000 units for mutual funds and 18,800 units for employees.

The company is issuing 7,80,200 units shares worth Rs 7,80,20,000 to the general public.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 94,000 units.

Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The interested bidders can apply for the IPO from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and through the banks and financial institutions that have taken ASBA service.
