87-year-old Rana donates Rs 10.9 million to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

{{TAG_OPEN_div_8} Kathmandu. Raji Rana has donated Rs 10.9 crore to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund. This amount is one of the largest personal contributions to the relief fund.

Rana, who has a professional background, is 87 years old. Rana has sent it through her assistant Krishna Basnet. The cheque for the assistance amount was sent to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle in the ministry.TAG_OPEN_div_6

On this occasion, the employees working in Rana’s office also handed over Rs 80,000 to the Finance Minister on their own. Rana has also made preparations to provide food and commodities worth Rs 25 lakh. Basnet said that he has promised to provide this amount in coordination with the Finance and Home Ministries in the areas of need.
