Kathmandu. Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund, which operate under Prabhu Mutual Fund, have set the book closing date for the distribution of cash dividends.

Both the funds will be book-closing for one day on September 25. According to the bookclose, the unit holders who are trading in NEPSE till September 24 will be eligible to receive the cash dividend declared by these funds.

Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund have announced a cash dividend of 12% including tax to their unit holders.

The decision regarding the distribution of dividend was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Scheme Manager held on August 5.

According to this, only the unit holders who have purchased the units till September 24 will get the cash return. Since the book closes from September 25, the unit holders will not be eligible for dividends on the basis of the day’s transactions.
