Foreign national killed while climbing Mt Manaslu

Gorkha. A foreign national who had come to climb Mount Manaslu has died. Lau Wei Sheng, 50, of Singapore has died.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Raj Kumar Shrestha of the District Police Office said that Tseng died while returning to the base camp from Camp II of Manaslu mountain in Chumnubri Rural Municipality-1 of northern Gorkha. He had reached Samagaun on September 8 for climbing Manaslu.
