Kathmandu. The Special Court has ordered the remand of businessman Shankar Lal Agrawal.
A division bench of Justices Hemanta Rawal and Bidur Koirala issued the order on Tuesday to send Agrawal to judicial custody.
The court has issued an order to send Agarwal to jail in a money laundering case.
On September 14, the Supreme Court had ordered the release of Agrawal on a bail of Rs 10 lakh.
A division bench of Justices Bal Krishna Dhakal and Nripa Dhwaj Niraula issued the order to release the accused on bail.
