KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel has prorogued the ongoing session of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament from 12 midnight on September 30 on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
Issuing a press release today, Spokesperson of the Office of the President, Krishna Bahadur Shahi, stated that President Poudel prorogued the ongoing session of the parliament as per the Article 93 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal as per the recommendation of the government and the Council of Ministers on September 30.
