Kathmandu. The Kathmandu District Court has ordered the release of businessman Durga Prasai on a bail of Rs 2 lakh.
A single bench of Justice Umesh Luitel issued the order to release Prasai on bail on Tuesday.
MP Rachana Khatiwada had filed a complaint against her for making objectionable statements. Prasai was arrested after her complaint.
