Kathmandu. President of the Stock Brokers Association Sagar Dhakal has demanded that the circuit breaker in the stock market should be reduced from the existing 15 percent to 10 percent. He said that merger of broker companies, development of technology and improvement in regulatory system are necessary to make the capital market more systematic.
President Dhakal said that he wants to make broker companies big and strong institutions through merger. Stating that broker companies want to expand their services according to their capital, he urged everyone to do necessary homework in this regard after the festival. He also informed that the government has formed a committee for this and will give suggestions to the committee accordingly.
