Kathmandu. Rastriya Independent Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane’s case has been dropped on Sunday. The writ petition was filed against the decision of the Office of the Attorney General to withdraw the money laundering case against Lamichhane.
A division bench of Justices Saranga Subedi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel was conducting the hearing. After the debate throughout the day, it has not ended today. The debate will continue on Monday.
