Kathmandu. In the last four days, 15 people have lost their lives due to floods, landslides and other disasters in different parts of the country.

Three people died in Bagmati Province, four in Lumbini, five in Gandaki, two in Karnali Province and one in Madhes Province, according to Central Police Spokesperson Abinarayan Kafle. Four people were injured in the incident. They are undergoing treatment at a local hospital.

A total of 1,284 people have been rescued from floods, landslides and inundations. Spokesperson Kafle said that works are being done in coordination with other security agencies and locals to keep the families at risk of floods and landslides in safe places.
