Kathmandu. A bench of Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Abdul Aziz Musalman heard the case of Nepal Insurance Authority (INSURANCEA) Chairman Sharad Ojha.
Ojha had moved the Supreme Court seeking an interim order after the government suspended him and formed a committee to investigate the matter.
Chairman Ojha had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court making the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance as defendants.
