. Nowadays, Tej Bahadur Gharti Magar has found life in his village more dear than the life in the Gulf. Eventually, they returned to the village. His wife Kushma started helping in rearing goats in the village. A portion of the income was saved. The family was happy. Gradually, he also started to love his own village.
Tej Bahadur, who saw his and his family’s future in the children growing up in the barn, has been able to make the family understand the importance of labor and the fruits of hard work.TAG_OPEN_div_26 His descendants are engrossed in taking care of goats from early morning till nightfall. Dozens of goats in the barn are tired of collecting grass and water. Khattaran Gharti forgets his sorrows when he sits next to a newborn and growing classmate.
He sees his future in the village. Grass has been planted in the fields, Kalnakhola and all the barren land that is being wasted. You don’t have to go far to find grass for 70 goats, big and small. The shed has been built in a modern way. Seeing the enthusiasm of forty-three-year-old Gharti, the locals have also started animal husbandry. Even after working for 18 hours abroad, I did not earn a good income. His life changed when he started rearing goats with his family with little investment and less hard work in the village.
He registered an agricultural farm three years ago. After he started rearing goats commercially, the bank started giving loans. Gradually, I also gained experience in financial literacy. The habit of spending after saving has led them on the path of prosperity. The number of goats in Tej Bahadur’s pen is increasing. Now, he plans to open a meat shop. He started with eight goats at home and now has 150 goats.
