Kathmandu. On Thursday, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index remained stable. Today, the index closed 0.26 points higher at 2599.15 points.
Today, the transaction amount has also increased with the NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.76 billion were traded in the market on the previous trading day, which was Rs 4.89 billion today.
Out of the 13 sub-groups traded today, the indices of four sub-groups increased while the indices of eight sub-groups decreased. The indices of banking, development banks, finance and hydropower sub-groups increased marginally today.
