“The Prime Minister is going to the parliament when he is in need, the answer was ready for question and answer on the 10th, the flood came.”

Kathmandu. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has made it clear that the Prime Minister has been present in the Parliament when necessary. According to the office, the Prime Minister sends other ministers to the Parliament when there is no time.

Joint Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Hemraj Aryal, said that the Prime Minister has not neglected the Parliament. Addressing a press conference held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, he said that the Prime Minister’s reply is ready for the question and answer session in the Parliament on August 10.

But at the same time, the Prime Minister could not be present in the parliament after the floods in the Bhotekoshi river, Aryal said. According to him, the Prime Minister himself goes to the parliament as per the need and if there is no time, the concerned minister represents the government.

“The Prime Minister has gone to the Parliament when he is in need. He has sent other ministers when there is no time,” Aryal said, “On August 10, the Prime Minister had prepared for a question-answer session to answer in the Parliament. But there was a flood in Bhotekoshi. ”

He said the absence of the Prime Minister in the Parliament should not be taken as the negligence towards the Parliament.
