Number of industries scrapping industries increasing in Jumla

Jumla. The number of people cancelling industries has increased in Jumla in recent times.

In the fiscal year 2082/83, there were 180 industries for scrapping, 188 for registration and 334 for renewal, said Tanka Prasad Neupane, chief of the Industry and Consumer Welfare Protection Office.TAG_OPEN_div_14

Similarly, 61 industries have been registered under the commercial category. There have been 58 industries under renewal and 52 under renewance. According to Neupane, about 16.25 lakh revenue has been collected under various headings in this fiscal year.TAG_OPEN_div_12

According to Neupane, 11 have been registered under the commercial industry. The number of new industries registered in the district has decreased in recent times. The number of industries being scrapped is increasing.

The number of industries registered in the office has been decreasing for the last four years and the number of those who have been scrapped is increasing, according to the Office for the Protection of Industry and Consumer Interests. The registered industries include production, agriculture and forestry, service, tourism, construction and information communication technology, according to the office.
